Homemade Pie Crust is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. plain flour, 1 egg, 2 tsp. vinegar, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1 1/4 c. shortening (butter flavor crisco), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix flour and shortening until mixture is like coarse cornmeal.
Beat egg slightly and add to wet ingredients.
Mix wet ingredients with dry and mix with a fork until blended.
It will be sticky. Refrigerate 1 1/2 hours, then sprinkle pastry cloth with flour and roll out.
