Homemade Peach Ice Cream
Homemade Peach Ice Cream is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2 tbsp. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 eggs, beaten and 1 qt. extra rich milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix peaches and 1 cup sugar.
Combine the 1 1/2 cups sugar, flour and salt; add eggs and blend well.
Add milk and cook slowly until slightly thickened.
Let cool.
Add whipping cream, vanilla and sweetened peaches.
Pour into freezer container and freeze. Yield
1 gallon.
