Homemade Noodles
Homemade Noodles is an easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt, 3 whole eggs and 1 tbsp. cold water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put 2 cups flour in a deep mixing bowl.
Make a well in the middle of the flour and add the eggs and water.
Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the liquid ones with your hands or a wooden spoon until well blended.
Gather into a ball and knead until very smooth on a floured board, adding a little more of the remaining flour if the dough sticks to your hands.
Knead for 10 minutes. Cut dough into thirds and roll out one-third at a time.
