Homemade Lye Soap is an easy dinner. Made with 20 oz. water, 4 lb. used grease and 1 can potash (red devil lye), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Mix together in iron pot or dutch oven.
(Do not use aluminum or plastic.)
Stir with a stick, several minutes until thick.
