Homemade Crunchy Peanut Butter is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans salted peanuts and 2 tbsp. butter or margarine, softened, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Measure 1/2 cup peanuts (you'll use them later).
Empty remaining peanuts (2 cups) into blender container.
Cover and blend on low speed 10 seconds or until the peanuts are chopped. Add 2 tablespoons butter to the chopped peanuts.
Cover and blend on low speed 10 seconds.
Turn off the blender.
Uncover and scrape down the sides with rubber scrapper.
Cover and blend on low speed 5 seconds.
Turn off the blender, uncover and scrape down the sides again.
Repeat this step 3 or 4 times or until the peanut butter starts to get smooth.
Cover and blend on highest speed 1 minute.
Uncover and add the 1/2 cup peanuts.
Cover and blend on medium speed 3 seconds.
Empty the peanut butter into bowl.
Refrigerate about 30 minutes.
