Homemade Bread
Homemade Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. milk, 1 c. water, 2/3 c. sugar, 2 sticks margarine and 1 1/2 tbsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Bring to simmer the milk, 1 cup water, 2/3 cup sugar, margarine and salt.
Pour into large bowl and let cool to lukewarm.
Dissolve the yeast in 1/2 cup lukewarm water and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Add eggs to lukewarm mixture.
Then begin to add flour.
I always put in 6 cups and beat with electric mixer.
Then I add the other 6 cups and mix with my hands.
Place on well floured board and knead 10 minutes.
Let rise in warm place until double in size.
