Homemade Bread
Homemade Bread is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 gal. water, 2 pkg. yeast, 1/4 c. sugar, 1/4 c. oil and 5 lb. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Put water in a large bowl.
Add sugar and yeast.
Let set a few minutes.
Add sifted flour, salt and oil.
Stir until smooth.
Add flour, a little at a time until you have a soft dough.
Knead until it isn't sticky.
Turn dough over and grease the top.
Let rise in a warm place until double.
Work down and let rise again.
Make into loaves.
Let rise until light and fluffy.
Bake in 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
This makes 5 loaves.
