Homemade Biscuits
Homemade Biscuits is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar, 1 c. milk and 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Sift together the flour, baking powder, salt and cream of tartar.
In another mixing bowl, stir milk and oil together.
Add flour, a little at a time, until mixture is light (you may not need all of the flour mixture). Flour cutting board. Roll out into 1-inch thick circle. Cut with biscuit cutter.
Put in baking pan close together touching each other.
Spread with melted butter. Bake in a 400Β° oven until light brown on top, about 20 minutes.
