Holly Cookies
Holly Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 30 marshmallows (or 4 cups miniature), 1/2 cup butter or margarine, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 teaspoons green food coloring and 3 1/2 cups corn flakes, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Combine marshmallows, butter, vanilla and food coloring in top of a double boiler (or in a big heavy saucepan, my pressure cooker bottom).
Heat until marshmallows and butter are melted, stirring frequently.
Take from heat and gradually stir in cornflakes and stir until well coated.
Drop from teaspoon onto waxed paper.
Decorate with cinnamon candies.
Leave to dry several hours or overnight.
