Holli's Crumbly Vegetables
Holli'S Crumbly Vegetables is an easy dinner. Made with 2 16 oz. bags mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots), 2 cup cubed vegetable cheese, 2 paper pkgs. of ritz crackers and 1 1/2 stick of margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Cook vegetables for 5 minutes and drain well.
Place vegetables in a 9 x 13 pan.
Mix remaining ingredients together and sprinkle over top of vegetables.
Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
