Hollandaise Sauce is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. butter, 1 tbsp. lemon juice, 2 egg yolks, 1 tbsp. boiling water and salt and pepper, to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

In double boiler over hot water, melt butter.
Mix in lemon juice and egg yolks.
Cook slowly, beating with whisk constantly. Add boiling water a drop at a time.
Remove from heat.
