Holiday Sweet Potatoes
Holiday Sweet Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 large sweet potatoes, 2 tbsp. butter, 1/2 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. cinnamon, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Bake sweet potatoes at 400° until soft, about 1 hour.
Let potatoes cool, remove skins and mash with butter.
Add milk, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and brown sugar.

Bake at 400° for 10 minutes in a greased casserole dish or pan.
