Holiday Potato Dish
Holiday Potato Dish is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 lb. unpared potatoes, cooked and drained, 1 c. chopped onions, 1/4 c. butter, 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup and 1 pt. dairy sour cream, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Remove skins from potatoes; shred into bowl.
Saute onion in 1/4 cup melted butter until tender.
Remove from heat.
Stir in soup and sour cream.
Pour over potatoes and cheese; mix well. Turn into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish.
Cover; refrigerate overnight.
Sprinkle with corn flakes.
Drizzle with 3 tablespoons of butter.
Bake in a 350Β° oven for 1 hour.
