Holiday Mashed Potatoes
Holiday Mashed Potatoes is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. or 12 medium potatoes, cooked and hot, 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature), 1/4 c. margarine, 1/2 c. sour cream and 1/2 c. milk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Mash hot potatoes and add cream cheese in pieces, then add butter.
Beat well until all is mixed.
Add sour cream.
Add eggs, milk, onion, salt and pepper.
When fluffy, place in greased 9-inch casserole and refrigerate overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes or until lightly brown.
Serves 8 to 12.
