Holiday Fruitcake
Holiday Fruitcake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 eggs, 1/2 c. water, 2 pkg. pillsbury quick bread mix (any kind, date, nut or banana), 2 2/3 c. none such ready to use mincemeat and 1 c. nuts, chopped or 1/2, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt tube pan.
In a large bowl, combine eggs and water.
Add remaining ingredients; by hand, stir until combined.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 80 to 90 minutes.
Cool 15 minutes; invert on cooling rack.
Cool completely.
Wrap in foil and store in refrigerator.
