Holiday Chocolate Fudge
Holiday Chocolate Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (5 to 10 oz.) jar marshmallow cream, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/4 c. butter or margarine, 1 1/2 c. sugar and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine marshmallow cream, milk, butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan.
Stir over moderate heat until mixture comes to a full rolling boil; boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate pieces and vanilla.
Stir until smooth.
Stir in candied fruits.
Turn into greased 8 or 9-inch square pan. Chill until fudge is firm; cut into squares.
Makes about 2 1/2 pounds.
