Holiday Bread Pudding
Holiday Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf bread (20 oz. loaf), 1/2 c. raisins, 2 c. milk, 1 c. crushed pineapple and 1 c. red cherries, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Preheat oven to 350Β°.
In a large bowl, break bread into small pieces. Add raisins, milk, pineapple, cherries and coconut.
Mix well.
In a large mixing bowl, cream the margarine and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and food coloring.
Mix well. Add margarine mixture to bread mixture.
Pour into a 3-quart pan.
Bake for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve warm or at room temperature.
