Holiday Almond Loaf
Holiday Almond Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. soaked garbanzo or soy beans, 1/2 c. water, 1 c. almonds, ground in blender a little at a time, 1 c. sunflower seeds, ground and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Soak 1/4 cup beans overnight; drain.
Whiz in blender the next day 1/2 cup beans and 1/2 cup water until thick and creamy. Combine in mixing bowl with remaining ingredients.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Press into prepared Pyrex loaf pan.
Bake at 350Β° for 45 minutes.
