In small bowl, mix cookie crumbs, sugar, flour, baking powder and salt; set aside.
In a large bowl, with mixer at high speed, beat egg yolks until thick, about 5 minutes.
At medium speed, gradually blend in flour mixture alternately with water, melted chocolate and vanilla.
Fold into batter.
Spread batter into foil lined and greased 15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch baking pan.
Bake at 375Β° for 10 to 12 minutes, or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
