Hershey's Kiss Cookies
Hershey'S Kiss Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. baking soda, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 c. shortening and 1/2 c. creamy peanut butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream shortening and peanut butter with both sugars.
Add egg, milk, vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt.
Shape into balls and roll in white sugar.
Put on ungreased pan and bake for 8 minutes at 375Β°. Remove from oven and press Hershey's Kiss into cookie until cookie cracks.
Return to oven for 2 more minutes.
Cool before handling.
