Large bowl, combine 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, basil, oregano, garlic powder and undissolved yeast.

Heat milk, water and margarine to 120° to 130°.

Margarine need not melt. Add dry ingredients.

Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.

Add 1/2 cup of flour.

Beat at high speed for 2 minutes. Stir enough remaining flour to make stiff batter.
