Herb-Bran Muffins
Herb-Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. all-purpose flour, 1/4 c. whole wheat flour, 1 tbsp. baking powder, 1/4 tsp. salt and 2 tbsp. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Stir together the flours, baking powder, salt, sugar, sesame seed, dry mustard and herb of choice.
Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the bran cereal and the milk.
Let stand 2 minutes.
Add the egg and butter or margarine, blending well.
Add the flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
Coat a 12-muffin tin with nonstick cooking spray or line with muffin cups.
Fill each 2/3 full with muffin mixture.
Bake at 400Β° for 18 to 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean.
