Helen's Special Sugar Cookies
Helen'S Special Sugar Cookies is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 eggs, 1 c. shortening, 3 c. sugar, 2 c. milk and 3 tsp. baking powder, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Cream together eggs, shortening and sugar.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350Β°.
When cookies are baked, but not brown, take out and put 1/2 of a marshmallow on top of each cookie.
Put back in oven and bake until marshmallow is soft. Remove from oven and flatten marshmallow with finger dipped in water.
Cool and top with the following
