Helen Allen'S Wild Rice Supreme is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. hamburger, 1 lb. mushrooms, 2 c. chopped celery, 1 large chopped onion and 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Soak wild rice for 2 hours.
Brown meat, onion and celery. Saute mushrooms.
Add sherry; mix all ingredients in bowl.
Bake 2 hours at 350Β° (1 1/2 hours in 2 small dishes).
Half recipe makes two (1-quart) dishes.
