Heath Bar Candy
Heath Bar Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. butter, 1 1/3 c. brown sugar, 1/2 c. chopped nuts and 1/2 lb. chocolate disks, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.

Cook butter and brown sugar over low heat slowly until it comes to a full boil.
Stir constantly with wooden spoon.
Boil and stir until thermometer reaches 290Β° (hard crack).
Add nuts. Pour onto well-oiled 9 x 13-inch pan.
While warm, place 1/2 of disks on candy.
As it melts, spread with spatula.
Then refrigerate for about 10 minutes until chocolate hardens.
Take from refrigerator and carefully flip over and cover other side with the rest of the disks (melted).
Spread 1/2 cup chopped nuts on top.
