Made with 1 german chocolate cake mix, 1 can eagle brand condensed milk (not evaporated), 1 small jar caramel sauce (ice cream topping), 4 heath candy bars and 1 (8 oz.) cool whip, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Cook cake according to directions on box.
While warm, punch holes in cake and pour 1 can condensed milk and 1 small jar caramel sauce over it.
When cool, ice with Cool Whip.
Sprinkle Heath bars over top.
