Hearty Corned Beef Salad
Hearty Corned Beef Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. boiling water, 1 pkg. (3 oz.) lemon flavored gelatin, 2 tbsp. vinegar, 1 c. (12 oz.) corned beef and 1 medium green pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Pour boiling gelatin large bowl.
Stir until gelatin dissolved.
Vinegar, refrigerate until slightly thickened, about 1 hour. Break up corned beef with fork.
Corned beef and remaining ingredients except salad greens into gelatin mixture.
Pour into 6 1/2 cup ring mold. Refrigerate until set, at least 2 hours.
Salad can be stored in refrigerator up to 48 hours.
Fifteen minutes before serving, unmold on salad greens.
