Hearty Corn Chowder
Hearty Corn Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. sliced bacon, 1 c. chopped celery, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 2 c. peeled, diced potatoes and 1 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Cook bacon until crisp.
Remove to paper towels, crumble and set aside.
Drain all but 2 tablespoons of drippings.
Saute onion and celery in drippings, until onion is lightly browned.
Add potatoes and water.
Cover and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.
Stir in corn, milk, sausage, dill and bacon.
Cook until the potatoes are tender, about 30 minutes.
Makes 4 (6 ounce) servings.
