Healthy Pound Cake
Healthy Pound Cake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour, 2 c. sugar, 1/2 tsp. salt, 1/2 tsp. baking soda and 1 c. light margarine (room temperature), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Beat with mixer at high speed for 3 to 4 minutes.
Pour into a 10-inch Bundt pan coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. (Test for doneness.

Cool upright for at least 30 minutes.
Invert pan; remove cake and serve. Makes 16 servings.
