Healthy Potato Skins
Healthy Potato Skins is an easy dinner. Made with 4 tsp. nonfat "butter" granules, 6 medium baking potatoes, scrubbed and baked, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and freshly ground black pepper to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Preheat oven to 450Β°.
Reconstitute the "butter" granules according to the directions on the package.
Cut each potato in half.
Scoop out the center, leaving about 1/4-inch of potato on the inside of each skin.
(Use leftover potato to make Shepherd's Pie.)
Cut skins into quarters.
Dab liquid butter substitute onto the white side of each potato skin.
Sprinkle with garlic powder and pepper, if desired.
Place prepared skins, skin side down, on a baking sheet.
Bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
Turn skins over and bake another 5 minutes or until crisp.
Serve immediately.
