Healthy Pasta
Healthy Pasta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (28 oz.) can rienzi nonfat crushed tomato sauce, 1 (28 oz.) can whole peeled tomatoes, 6 cloves garlic, olive oil and oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Pour tomato sauce and tomatoes into a pot.
Heat with a low flame.
Slice garlic thinly and saute in small amount of olive oil for 5 minutes on a low flame until garlic begins to brown.
Tilt saute pan and move garlic to one side with oil on the other side. Remove garlic and put into sauce mixture.
Add a handful of oregano and basil.
Stir all in.
Cook until very hot, stirring regularly. Prepare favorite pasta the way you like it and use this very low fat sauce as you like it.
