Healthy Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lbs extra lean ground beef, 1 1/2 c rolled oats, 1/2 c onion, minced, 1 t salt (optional) and 1/2 t pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
Coat two 8 1/2 X 4 1/2 loaf pans with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix ingredients in a large bowl, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta sauce.
Form loaves in pans and brush with reserved sauce.
Bake for 1 hour.
