Healthy Chili
Healthy Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground turkey, 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper, 3 small fresh tomatoes and 2 or 3 sprigs cilantro, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Saute turkey, onion and bell pepper in a skillet that has been sprayed with Pam.
Peel tomatoes, chop and add to turkey mixture along with cilantro and chili powder.
Stir, add bouillon cubes and water.
Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.
