Healthy Chili
Healthy Chili is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 lb. ground beef, chicken or turkey, 1 yellow onion, chopped, 1 clove garlic, minced, 2 c. canned, diced tomatoes and 3 c. canned red kidney beans (black or white beans can be substituted for part of the red kidney beans), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
