Healthful Bran Muffins
Healthful Bran Muffins is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 2 1/2 c. honey, 1 c. oil, 2 tbsp. baking soda, 2 tsp. salt and 1 qt. buttermilk, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
👨🍳 Instructions
Cream eggs, honey and oil.
Add boiling water into Bran Buds and raisins.
Bran-water mix to eggs, etc. Add bran flakes.
Alternate buttermilk with sifted dry ingredients. Bake at 350° to 375° for 15 to 20 minutes.
Dough may be kept in refrigerator up to 6 weeks.
