Hawaiian-Style Chicken
Hawaiian-Style Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. unsifted all-purpose flour, 1 tsp. salt, 1/8 tsp. pepper, 2 lb. frying chicken pieces and 3 tbsp. salad oil, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine flour, salt and pepper; dredge chicken pieces.
Heat oil in large skillet; add chicken and brown well on both sides. Turn chicken skin side up and add water.
Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
Place chicken on platter and keep warm. Add vegetables to skillet.
Bring to a full boil over medium heat, separating vegetables with fork.
Stir until sauce cubes are blended.
Reduce heat; cover and simmer 3 minutes.
Stir in catsup and serve over chicken.
