Hawaiian Spareribs
Hawaiian Spareribs is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. country style ribs, 9 oz. can crushed pineapple, 1/2 c. catsup, 1/4 c. vinegar and 1 tbsp. soy sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cut ribs in serving size pieces and place in a shallow baking pan.
Combine remaining ingredients (except pineapple and cook and stir until thickened).
Pour pineapple mixture over ribs.
Cover and bake in preheated oven at 350Β° for 2 hours or until tender. Uncover and spoon sauce over ribs.
Bake 15 minutes longer to glaze slightly.
Serves 4 to 6.
