Hawaiian Chicken
Hawaiian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. flour, 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper, 4 chicken breasts, boned, skinned and chunked, 2 tbsp. oil and 1 c. peach preserves, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine the first 3 ingredients.
Dredge chicken in flour mixture.
Heat oil in skillet over medium-high heat.
Add chicken and cook.
Remove; drain and return.
Combine soy sauce, preserves, barbecue sauce and onions.
Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat; simmer for 40 minutes.
The last 15 minutes, stir in green pepper, water chestnuts and pineapple.
Serve over rice.
