Hawaiian Chicken
Hawaiian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 frying chicken, cut up, 2 tbsp. margarine, 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained, 1/4 c. yellow mustard (prepared) and 1/4 c. honey, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Arrange chicken, skin side up, in a shallow pan which has been greased with margarine or oil.
Melt margarine; stir in pineapple, mustard, honey and sherry.
Spoon pineapple mixture over chicken and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 400Β° for 45 to 60 minutes, until tender.
Makes 4 to 5 servings.
