Hawaiian Chicken
Hawaiian Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. crushed pineapple, 1/4 c. brown sugar, 2 tbsp. cornstarch, 2 tbsp. soy sauce and 1/4 c. vinegar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Perfect for family dinners and special occasions.
Mix together first 7 ingredients and cook, stirring, until thick.
Place chicken in baking dish or pan and sprinkle with salt.
Pour half of sauce over chicken.
Bake at 350Β° for 1/2 hour, uncovered.
Pour remaining sauce over chicken and cook, covered, for 1/2 hour.
Remove cover and cook 1/2 hour.
