Combine the flour, salt, soda, sugar and cinnamon; stir in pecans.
Combine the eggs, vegetable oil, bananas, pineapple and vanilla.
Add to the flour mixture, stirring just until the dry ingredients are moistened.
Spread batter into 2 greased and floured 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 3-inch loaf pans.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Cool in pans 10 minutes, then remove from pans and let cool on wire racks.
