Hawaiian Banana Bread
Hawaiian Banana Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 1 c. butter or margarine, 6 bananas, mashed, 4 eggs and 2 1/2 c. cake flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.
Grease 2 loaf pans.
Preheat oven to 350Β°. Beat butter until smooth.
Add sugar and eggs.
Mix until light and fluffy.
Add ripe, mashed bananas.
Mix dry ingredients together and add slowly to banana mixture.
Pour into loaf pans.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean.
Top of bread usually splits.
Moist and delicious!
