Hash Brown Quiche
Hash Brown Quiche is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. loose pack frozen hash browns, thawed, 1/3 c. butter, melted, 4 oz. hot pepper cheese, shredded, 4 oz. swiss or gouda cheese, shredded and 1 c. cooked ham, finely diced, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Press potatoes between paper towels to remove moisture.
Press into 8 x 10-inch pan or 9-inch pie pan for crust.
Drizzle butter over.
Bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
Remove from oven; reduce heat to 350°.
Toss ham and cheese together and put in crust. Beat half and half with eggs and seasoned salt and pour on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean.
Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
