Hash Brown Casserole
Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. shredded yellow cheese, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 (8 oz.) sour cream, 1/2 c. melted margarine and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

In a very large bowl, combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, 1/2 cup margarine, salt and pepper; mix well.
Fold in hash browns.
Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Toss together corn flake crumbs and 1 tablespoon margarine. Sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until casserole is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
