Hash Brown Casserole
Hash Brown Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. hash browns (frozen), 1 can cream of chicken soup, 8 (12 oz) sour cream, 8 oz. cheddar cheese and 1 c. chopped onions (to taste), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Mix everything together EXCEPT one stick melted butter.
Put into buttered casserole dish (9 x 13), then pour over the 2nd stick of butter.
May also save a little cheese to sprinkle over the top.
Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, until lightly browned.
