Hash is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. boneless stew meat, 3 large onions, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 c. vinegar and 1/3 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

(I let stew meat, onions, salt and pepper cool and remove any fat from meat.)
Mash with potato masher.
Add vinegar, sugar, catsup and chili powder.
Simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
