Beat together pumpkin, egg whites, Egg Beaters and applesauce. Stir in remaining ingredients except powdered sugar and juice. Pour into loaf pan sprayed with Pam.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour. Mix powdered sugar and lemon juice and pour over warm bread while in the pan.
Let cool slightly and remove from pan.
Dust with powdered sugar.
