Harvest Chowder
Harvest Chowder is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground chuck or lean hamburger, 2 qt. water, 2 tbsp. chicken bouillon, 1 tbsp. beef bouillon and chopped onion to taste, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil bouillon and water.
Crumble raw meat into boiling water. When meat is cooked, let cool.
Skim any excess fat.
Add all remaining ingredients.
Potatoes and carrots can be chopped into small pieces or if you like a thicker consistency the vegetables can be grated.
Cook over medium-high until vegetables are tender.
