Cut eggs in half. Remove yolks and put through sieve.
Add seasonings and 1/3 of the chopped mushrooms which have been sauteed in a small amount of butter.
Re-fill whites with yolk mixture.
Press 2 halves together.
Place in casserole.
Pour the cream sauce over them mixed with the remaining mushrooms. Sprinkle with cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350Β° until brown.
