Hanky Pankys
Hanky Pankys is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. hot italian sausage, 1 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce and 1/2 tsp. oregano, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Brown sausage separately and drain well.
Add cheese until melted.
Add Worcestershire sauce, oregano and garlic salt. Spread on party size rye bread and freeze on cookie sheet.
Put in bag when ready to serve, then put under broiler, about 5 minutes.
